Dues and Account Balances
The Annual Dues for the Michaywe Owners Association is currently $400 per property unit per year. Statements are mailed out to all members by November 1 and are due in advance of January 1 of each year.
There is a semi-annual payment program, which will enable members to keep their status as a "member in good standing" if payments are received as follows:
$210 per lot due January 1
$210 per lot due June 1
The administrative fee of $20 per lot is assessed to cover the cost of additional billing and processing receipts and membership cards.
